Everyday Epiphanies

hey howdie-ho folks! this special and very impromptu blog post is going to deal with something quite different. instead of talking on and on about boring-old-me .. i'm gonna do a little endorsement thinga-majig  so my college St. Xaviers conducts this awesome English Drama Fest every year called ITHAKA (pronounced "ee-thi-ca" .. don't ask me why it sounds so different from what you expected it to be;p) LAST YEARS THEME  ↑ This year i ran from pillar to post trying to get into one of the many departments involved with ITHAKA .. i was finally called by 3 departments: Events, Production and Documentation. i'm hoping to make it into one of the three this year so i can be a better human *cough cough* not really i just get super-human bragging rights xD  *cough cough*  although it was a really tough choice if i had to be in any one department i think i'd have to go with Events followed by documentation (a close second) because they're awesome

Pune: Ultimate Spend-a-Day-Away-From-College Destination Hey my little furry minions!  So yesterday I embarked on an (excruciatingly) long and cramped Road Trio Trip with dad and mum to Pune (a city in the Indian state of Maharashtra). Halfway through I was seriously begin to question my chances of making it throughout the whole journey without a single puke,headache , nausea attack or just good ol' irritation-syndrome. TURNS OUT.... I WAS WRONG I actually had loads of fun!  "The proof is in the pudding" as they rightly say .. So here is a little evidence to what I'd been upto yesterday as well as a few pointers as to what you can do when on holiday with friends and  FAM. #1 The SIT-IN-CAR-AND-TAKE-SELFIE-GOALS  so  ok .. i've tried doing these loads of times before.. but i have to admit this was my best #carselfie yet xD so my first pice of advice is the next time you guys embark on a road trip, carry your phone, headphones and a can-do-self

HEY HOWDIE HEY FOLKS! welcome to another edition of everyday epiphanies... (i admit i'm quite lazy, apologies for my tardiness in keeping up with the times ;p) so today was a rather eventful day, i attended a National-level debating contest and boy-oh-boy did i have my ass whooped big time xD Needless to say i went in dreaming of the Rs 25,000 cash prize (which translates to around 250 pounds/$376.56) and an extremely cocky and arrogant attitude (even though my belly was doing flip-flops round the time i was about to start debating!) which didn't do me any good because i made it to the 2nd round and was crushed by a 21 year-old law student from Mumbai university :( and all the while i can only think of what fun he must be having climbing up the ladder,stabbing others in his quest for WORD Domination (+1 if you see what i did there xD) and ultimately winning the grand prize i have now adopted the motto- " when life gives you lemons, squeeze some in your eye and cr
